Teamwork, creativity, organization, and good communication. But most of all, teamwork! Lisa, Kevin, and Melissa have been our core team for two decades. We share values and a vision of all that we want to bring to our clients; we each bring our best selves to the table wholeheartedly. Melissa is our office manager and also our budget and finish coordinator. She creates accurate budgets for the decorative finishes and then gets them ordered and delivered to the site well in advance of when they are needed. Kevin does dead-on accurate measurements and drawings. He coordinates with the builder, surveyor, and engineer. He is creative and meticulous in everything he does. Lisa is the orchestra leader. She is at every meeting with the client and the builder and guides every shopping trip. Bringing strong design training from Brown and Princeton Universities, she also brings a lot of thoughtful management to the process. Our team extends to the engineers, builders, vendors, and subcontractors with whom we have had strong and respectful relationships for years. When you hire us, you have hired all of us.
