Our client Abby told me she called us even before the family to let us know that she and her husband bought a property on a bluff overlooking Rockport Harbor, but it would require a complete renovation.  We had really enjoyed working together on a large project in Lexington years before.  That was their family home – this would be their new chapter home.  We changed all the windows, moved the main stair and rearranged the primary suite end of the house to accommodate a new suite and add another bedroom. Abby is an interior decorator and we had a great time collaborating on what is now their 365 days a year vacation home!
